  If there is an issue with your Shrubbly, email our team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the product.

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method is appropriate.

  There is no need to mail liquid products back to us; simply enjoy the remaining stock or recycle the aluminum cans according to local guidelines.
